As a leader in business, education, and nonprofit organizations for more than 25 years, both in Australia and the United States, Gerald brings his extensive experience in leadership development with a lasting impact. Gerald has passionately given his life to invest in the lives of others in his workplace, church, and community.

Since 2008, Gerald has focused specifically on developing leaders. He has coached individuals and built multiple leadership development programs which have helped people reach new heights in their careers and personal lives. Gerald cares deeply for people and walks with them, through whatever, to ensure they move closer to becoming all that they can be.
